Welcome to Hemanth Photography (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website www.hemanthphotography.com and our photography services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or using our services. If you do not agree, you should not use our website or services.
1. Services
Hemanth Photography provides professional photography services, including but not limited to weddings, events, portraits, commercial, and lifestyle photography. The scope of services will be agreed upon in writing before any session or project.
2. Booking & Payments
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date. This fee will be deducted from the final balance.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before or on the day of the session/event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment details and deadlines will be specified in your booking confirmation.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. The booking fee is non-refundable.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days in advance.
In case of unforeseen circumstances (illness, emergencies, or force majeure), we reserve the right to reschedule or arrange an alternative photographer.
4. Copyright & Usage Rights
All images remain the intellectual property of Hemanth Photography.
Clients receive a personal license to use the images for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., printing, sharing with friends and family, posting on personal social media).
Commercial or promotional use requires written permission and may be subject to additional licensing fees.
Clients are not permitted to edit, alter, or sell the images without prior consent.
5. Image Delivery & Storage
Edited images will be delivered within the agreed timeframe (typically 2–6 weeks, depending on the project).
Delivery will be through a secure online gallery or other agreed formats.
Images are stored for up to 6 months. Please ensure you download and back up your photographs within this period.
6. Artistic Style & Editing
By booking with Hemanth Photography, you acknowledge familiarity with our style and portfolio.
We will use professional judgment in selecting and editing images. Minor retouching is included; extensive editing may incur additional fees.
7. Liability
We take utmost care with equipment, backups, and editing. However, in the unlikely event of technical failure, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, our liability is limited to a full or partial refund of the amount paid.
We are not liable for missed shots due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, venue restrictions, guest interference).
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients must secure permissions for photography at venues, events, or locations.
Clients agree to cooperate and provide necessary information to ensure a smooth photography experience.
9. Website Usage
All content on www.hemanthphotography.com, including images, text, and design, is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior consent.
Unauthorized use of website content is strictly prohibited.
10. Governing Law
